Global Leaders Program

Communicate clearly and persuasively with global teams to achieve shared goals.

In this program we help mixed nationalities achieve global business success. Japanese participants develop a more “global business” personality, lead friendly proactive discussion, and manage proactively with clear, persuasive goals and roles. Foreign participants learn how to build strategic relationships, nemawashi (consensus-building), teamwork and listening skills.

Together we create a new ‘J-Global’ style which combines the best of both styles. This is a type of management and teamwork that works well for collaborating with Japanese customers, vendors and partners, but has been simplified and speeded up so overseas teams can also join in easily.

Our workshops have unique principals to create new knowledge together, diverse collaboration (mix of nationalities and industries), open innovation (solving our challenges in groups) and peer to peer learning style (cross-functional best practice sharing).

Our Class Types
Our seminars are divided into three complementary Class Types. Each Class Type consists of 8 seminars, and can be taken in any order.
