Experienced hands-on business leader with over 20 years experience driving growth and change in Japan, combining passionate commercial acumen with exceptional creativity. Launched J-Global Institute of Collaboration in 2015 to help promote Japanese working methods globally.

Former consultant in the Environmental department of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in France (Paris). Christine arrived in Japan in 2013 and first studied Japanese at Keio University.
After a mission at the EU-Japan Center for Industrial Cooperation, she joined J-Global Institute of Collaboration to support and develop the Learning Center.

Rob has twenty years of experience living and working in Japan as a certified professional coach, counsellor and lecturer. In addition to his work for JIC, he teaches a career seminar at Rikkyo University and helps to prepare Foreign Ministry and other government employees for their postings abroad.

After leading the Japan Society of Northern California as president, joined MSOL, Inc. as vice president of business development and project management in March 2014. Executive Director at Management Solutions, co., ltd. in Tokyo since November 2015.
