In addition to his work for JIC, he teaches a career seminar at Rikkyo University and helps to prepare Foreign Ministry and other government employees for their postings abroad.

CAO SUZHEN (CHINA)
Cao Suzhen came to Japan in 1988 to study at Waseda University. After joining a Japanese research institute, she began her teaching and consulting relationship with LGS (at that time, INTEC Japan).
Career development, interpersonal communication skills and management coach for Japanese and foreign companies located in Japan, Gary has been making a difference in Japan for the last 25 years by inspiring thousands of trainees.
After studying International Management and Finance, she worked in the financial markets for multinational companies. She offers workshops on business and self-development topics. Anne-Laure is originally from France and lived in London for ten years.
With an International Executive MBA in Information Management, a Bachelor in Education Sciences and a postgraduate Certificate in Crisis and Leadership Communication Mathias became an expert in leadership and communication trainings. In addition, the recent postgraduate certificate in Psychology reflects his coaching work for individual and collective, private and professional thriving and well- being. PHIL INJE CHANG
Phil Chang is American and British, and has lived in Japan for 10 years. He has many years of experience in international business (Silicon Valley, UK and Japan) in sales, product management, business development and marketing. A graduate of UC Berkeley, he is an expert in Innovation and Technology.
Former Supervisor(Car area) in the Administration Department of Kidzania Tokyo. Experienced in teaching, including facilitation of workshops. He understands Japanese business culture, Mindset and background of them. He joined J-Global to facilitate classes which enable participants to acquire skills for their own career.
