Japan- Norway Forum

"Balancing Life in Norway and Japan" Business and Work-Life balance in the context of these two countries

We have the pleasure to welcome Trond Varlid as guest- speaker for Japan- Norway Forum on (Thu) 11/09 7pm-9:30pm

In the World Happiness Report for 2017, published in March this year, Norway was ranked No.1, Japan No.51. The presentation will take this report as its starting point and provide some facts and reflections on differences in the work-life balance of people in the two countries, why work-life balance matters also for business and corporations, and why Norwegians and Japanese think and behave differently in this regard. Or do they?
