Project Management: "What You Need to Know about Project Management & Business Plan Writing"
Differences come up in intercultural settings and can lead to frustration and friction when people from different backgrounds attempt to work together. Using a set of lively interactive case studies, the goal of Mr. Andrew Neuman, our instructor, is to educate course participants on how to recognize and address intercultural differences for a more productive work environment.
Our workshops have unique principles to create new knowledge together:
• Group work based on several real-life case studies
• The course is offered in English, but explanations are in Japanese if needed. • Peer to peer learning style (cross-functional best practice sharing).
2 sessions program
Tuesday & Monday, September 19 & October 23, from 7pm to 9pm
After leading the Japan Society of Northern California as president, Andrew joined MSOL, Inc. as vice president of Business Development and Project Management in March 2014. He is also Executive Director at Management Solutions, Co. Ltd. (Tokyo) since November 2015.
