The main questions that will be answered are how you can find your clients business challenges, how to overcome barriers and how to guide and support your clients through their approval process.

By changing how you communicate and offer support you can change from competing at lowest price, to charge a fair higher price because the client appreciates your special value. The first step is to move from product selling to “solution selling”. Learn how to improve your information gathering, asking about needs, and story-telling skills so that you can offer a total solution with attractive benefits.

In our seminar we look at selling across cultures – how to change your communication style to match your clients’ needs. We also look at solution selling industry best practices, and how to implement them in your organization. The learning style is interactive and based on peer to peer consulting.

 

The final stage is “value selling” where you are not offering a product at all – just an improvement in your client’s profits. By understanding your client’s business model well, and collecting many useful industry benchmarks, you can move away from the downward pressure of “cost plus” pricing to a new value pricing model based on a fair share of the extra profitability you provide. We discuss the steps for you and your company to move in this direction, whilst keeping your clients happier than ever.
